Heart Space Yoga – Yoga in the Gallery

In this unique yoga journey held inside the gallery, each participant is guided to connect with an artwork that speaks to their inner world. Through a short meditation, you’ll tune into the emotions and feelings awakened by the piece you’ve chosen.

From there, we move together into a soulful yoga flow — allowing the body to embody and express the state you are in, giving space for release, balance, and transformation.

The experience closes with a heart-opening meditation, accompanied by the healing vibrations of singing bowls, leaving you grounded, open, and deeply connected to yourself.
